1970. Who was making music like this back then? Funkadelic, that's who! This is psychedlic funk rock at it's best. So if you want to really blow minds, check "Free Your Mind And Your Ass Will Follow" and get free. I really wish there was something like this being produced today. Continue the mind melt with "Friday Night August 14th" and the ever so funky "Funky Dollar Bill." And when I say funky, I don't mean like a catchy Rick James funky, I mean the dirty, stanky, diaper-doo-doo funk that Funkadelic is famous for. "I wanna Know If It's Good To You" gives it to you on some slow burning soul, kinda like the musical equivalent of thick juicy ribs. Limited blue starburst colored vinyl pressing, recommended.
